Member Cards

One more member card added in my wallet. I went to a pharmacy newly open nearby my house. Normally I will go to pharmacy in shopping mall. Since this new store can offer the price that I usually brought, and the membership is free to join, I just take it.

The purpose of the membership is to record down the products that each customer brought and for them to have easy references of what price did they sold to that particular customer. 

I find no objection with this as long as I can get things cheaper. I will only buy drags which are recommended by doctor. But I always like to learn more on different kind of drugs and supplement selling in pharmacy. Learn from where? Normally I will search online.

Loss!

I am so disappointed with the result of my investments. I thought the longer I keep it, I will get better returns but I am wrong.

I am regrets to invest in Unit Trust now. Three out of four funds are losing my money. The one with good result in return can not cover all the losses. I should listen to my friend when the time I invest to buy morgan silver dollars rather than throw my money to a lousy fund manager.

It's time to wake up now. I am going to sell off all the funds and be more clever when my next investment.

Where the emails went to?

The new domain email account I set up a week ago is still giving me trouble.

I have tried and do some changes on the email account setting section and now I can successfully send mails from this account.

But email can not come in. I try several times but the result still the same.

There is no message about receiving error. All email send out from my Hotmail and Yahoo email account sent successfully but do not know why not reach to this mailbox. Missing in the transmission? Really do not know where all emails gone to.

Gold Investment

Investment in share market is something that I not dare to touch because of high risk. I am considering invest in gold since few years ago but still not taking any action yet.

Recently the gold price is dropping. I have no idea when is the best time to buy but the price now is attractive compared to few years back. Previously I consider buy gold online. Gold bullion at Golden Eagle is one of my options. Later on I found that local banks are offering gold deposit account. Then I got more options to consider on.

To me this will be a long term investment where I will have a sum of money that I can not touch in at least 5 to 10 years. This is why I have to carefully consider before I take action.

30 minutes 1 post

How to speed up on my typing skill? Compared with my colleagues, I am very fast in typing. But I can only produce 1 post in 30 minutes in an average.

Then I found that my time was spent mainly due to my poor English. I need to check on my spelling and some times spend times on checking a word which I can only describe it in Mandarin.

While checking, then the search engine will lead me to many website then I will go and read some of the articles. Oh, time gone. LOL

I have a habit to check my grammar before I post as well. Just to make sure my posts are 'readable' and can be understand by others. :P

Thursday Class

This Thursday will be the last class for year 2011. We will have a small test and light food celebration.

This is our third year. Whether there will be another one or two years to go, I have no idea. The class is getting smaller due to kids and parent quit in the half way and no new official enrollment.

To me as one of the teacher now, I do feel it is a waste to end the class.

New enrollment will be done for new intakes. It is expected the respond will be no good if no one really push it harder. It is whether we can scarify our time to do more on this.

To us who still wish to continue, how long we can continue?

I Get It!

Received the news I wanted finally. I already gave up waiting after the first week. Never thought I can receive their call after almost three weeks. Hmm, am I the second choice?

I have to apology to my sub-coordinates for no longer bear with them anymore. I do know my head of department will suffer even harder. But the only thing I can say is sorry.

I do understand no matter how good I hand over, the mess will still be there. Those who understand will be tolerant. Anywhere, I am be prepared for all the bad comments and complaints.

I am going to start my new life. Continue positive thinking, life is goes on!

Investment Knowledge

All members are encouraged to share their expert with others on Thursday class. I still have no idea what topic I can share with others.

It seems like I don't having any specific skill or expertise. But I am looking forward somebody can share with us their investment skill. I am interested to buy gold bar if I got chance but I have no such investment knowledge. Furthermore, I do wish some one among us is a trader of United States Gold Bureau. I heard that this company is having 100 years of experience in combined investment field. Don't you think it is great know more about investment? It is good to start as early as possible to prepare our retirement plan.

Outdated

My first job was worked with a computer trading company. The company not only trading in computers and spare parts but they also offering maintenance services as well. That time I was known well with all the components and accessories of computers and notebooks. But since the technology is growing so fast, I found that I had already outdated with those computer related products.

My superior is planning to seek approval to upgrade our department computers and server. He showed me the computer specifications and quotes from our IT supplier. I am really out of idea those new terms. Then I try to relate those new terms with those parts with old names since the basic specification are more or less the same for every computer.

Hmmm, KVM switch is new to me. Is it the upgrade of PS2 and USB device? :P

Mistake

We are a bit out of plan for the plumbing fixing which is done to our house. The plumber given us the quote and started to do the fixing with the condition of all materials, plumbing fixtures and workmanship are included. We thought we are out of hassle but now we realize that we are wrong.

We suppose to select and buy him the water tap. The water tap that he brought is low quality. Since this is used for long terms, we should get a good quality one. Too bad it's already been fixed. I am wondering how long the water tap can last for....

Our Car Owner Plan

I am worry after the big repairing cost of my second hand car which is more than 15 years old. Hubby is the one driving the car every day. When the car broke down, he is the one who in-charged and takes the car to workshop. Even routine maintenance works also not under my responsibility. The car's problem seems like not effect me, but still I am worrying.

We just relieve the installment burden of the second car. This supposes to be a good sign as we can enjoy more flexible spending every month. Besides, we can save the installment portion for new car deposit. Yes. The new car is the replacement of the second hand old car. This is our planning. What if the old car broke down unexpectedly? Then it will definitely fail our plan. I pray hard this will not happen to us.

Hubby did show me the nissan maxima review before. This is the car model under our budget. But if for me after reading the mitsubishi galant review, I will prefer mitsubishi galant. Not only because of the outlook, but the main reason I select this car is because the price is cheaper. Cheaper price means burden lesser. :P

Actual I know hubby is dreaming after he read the mercedes-benz e-class review. If he really wants to be the car owner, then he has to work harder for his dream comes true. lol

I just can not stop myself surfing at AMACO/Brent which an online company selling pottery related products.

I fall in love with this pottery making since the day I watched the movie titled 'Ghost'. Probably you will have the same inspired when the moment the couple making pottery. If you have no idea about this movie, I will say either you never have changes to meet this classic love movie or you are too young. lol

The company selling lead free majolica glazes. This is the one that every consumer prefers the most, don't you agree? Maybe the price will be slightly higher than other supplier but we do concern about the good quality of a product we buy. No point to waste money on health harmful products with cheap prices, right?

I still have no chance to learn how to do a pottery but I manage to find a pottery art learning class. Let's see when I manage to join the class and have some fun of pottery making.

Investment In Silver

How to generate better income? This question is always in my mind. What is the investment can bring me income with no risk? This is one of my interested topics most of the time. :P

I am totally agreed with the higher the risk you taken, the better returns probably you can enjoy. Like my friend who same age with me, he dare to spend cash and imported a container of face surgical mask during the AH1N1 critical period. For sure he can earn better returns during the highest demand period. He braves to take risk. Even thought the demand dropped when the time he received his order, he already gain back the money that he invested in the earlier stage.

For sure the more money to invest, the more or the higher returns will be if you are very good luck. For me, investment is just like gambling. Not every time you can be the winner even though you having very good knowledge of the game or you are in expert skill.

But I will treat keeping gold or silver as no risk investment. I still remember the time when I married. That was ten years ago. :P When the time my father brought me a gold necklace, the price is around 30plus. As per my father, that time the god price already hit the highest level. Go and check the current market value and you will know how much will be the returns are. This is what people will not expect ten years ago.

For me as a small money investor, I will of course more prefer to silver than gold. Do you ever read that the demand of silver will higher and higher? The price of silver increased in 2009 as you can see in the researches. Beside, it is no doubt in the commodity market silver is playing more and more importance role nowadays.

This is the main reason why I am considering invest in silver. As long as I have extra money I don’t mind to go in long term investment. This is good to be one of the retirement plans, isn’t it?

MS in Information Security

Whenever talking about computer courses, I will directly think about Information Technology or Computer Science. This is the only two computer related courses that I knew. I never know that there is a computer related course called Information Security. This is totally new to me.

My friend asked me to find more info about Master of Science in Information Security. Even for me, myself also interesting to know more about this. Searching the online university for MS in Information Security seems like not a difficult task for me as I successfully find one for him. I found that the university's website is full of informative. I specially like the page that indicated the learning subjects and outlines of all the related courses to be completed. For me who have totally no idea about the course, I had learned and know more details about it.

Prepared before Overseas

Here is another post to myself so that I can remember what I write and have a reference when I am needed. This is what people experience before and it's a good awareness to you and me as well.

I like my friend's idea as she mentioned that I might need contacts like manhattan it services if notebook that I bring along having problem and need urgent repair. This seems like not an importance issue but this brings my attention as this bring my awareness on what else info or contact I need to have when I am travel overseas.

Besides travel insurance for protection, it's good if you know and have some info and contacts of the travel location local authorities and hospitals. Of course, if manage to learn on their local rules and regulation that will be the best.

At the time being, the returns of savings money in bank is definitely too low. If you are believe in high risk high returns and you brave to have a try. I will say the bad time is the right time to invest. For sure you may not see the returns soon but what is three to five years later? I think it’s time to consider long terms investment. Do you have experience dealing with Monex? I wish to learn on it actually. This looks more secure compare to trading in share market. Any one can share with me your opinion or experience?

My sis in law told me that she wishes to change her job. The reason is because she feels that she has nothing much to learn from the current shop after two years working with them. She wishes she can learn more in a new environment. Hopefully she manages to find one that having a nice superior who willing to guide and assist her. But I did suggest her to consider on further study. She can enhance her skill by learning in one of the local cosmetology colleges. I think this is the best way to learn and manage the correct and professional skills.
