The candidates to replace my department boss place were started interview last Friday. I heard that they are 2 candidates are asking for the same position. One is female and one is a middle age guy still single.
We are in the discussion which boss we are prefer. After sharing and discussion among colleagues, most of us preferred not to work under a lady boss. Maybe we are old minded that all female bosses are moody compared with male bosses. :P
A guy still single can contribute all his time to serve the company. I think this is the best candidate. But we are worrying will our workload increase if we under him........
