6 are Leaving

My company arranged payment to the recruitment agency again. There are 6 jobs open for vacancy. That's means there will be 6 persons going to leave us soon.

This problem is expected after the employees getting their bonus of the year. But the numbers of leaving seems like so high. The one that makes me shock is 3 of them are executive and management level staffs. I always mentioned that my company is full of chances. This is one of the chances. I believe those who decided to leave had done the best to the company. Why our boss not manages to offer them to continue contribute to the company? I still think this is the boss's problem but not the employee's problem.
