Our holding company staffs work five days a week but we need to work on 1st and 3rd Saturday. I don't like to work on Saturday. Although it is just twice a month, I feel like wasting time traveling to and fro office and it seems like not much we can do for the 4 hours.
I don't like especially some people take the advantage when boss not in, the office they can spend the time chat together or chat over the phone. Company pays for extra electricity and call charges and workers are less productive on half day work, it is not worth at all.
Anyway, this is boss's decision which I can not do much.
