Replacement Leave

This company policy is to entitle annual leave after confirmation. Prior to that, all leave applied it is either unpaid or we work extra to replace it.

First and third Saturday is working day. We can work on non-working Saturday, 4 hours to replace half day leave which is reasonable. If work for 8 hours on Saturday, will replace one day leave but we feel is not worth. We suppose to get rate of 1.5 instead of 1 to 1.

My plan now: If I am confirmed staff here, I will prefer work extra to replace my leave taken and accumulate more leave balance and enjoy long leave for vacation at the year end. :P
