Disappointed

I know I must be patient. This is another reason make me have a good excuse to myself for my decision making. I wish I can bear with them but I feel disappointed. I can't feel their appreciation to the work contributed by the staffs. For me, staff welfare and benefit is not enough. I am more concern how much a company can afford to pay every year end as well as every month. If they can not afford a bigger amount, with the condition of more and more workloads, I am doubt how many person willing to continue contribute.
