I have no choice but go out online at WIFI available shop. I had called and called Telekom every day until I lose my patient to talk with their customer service but still no one can settle my problem.
I am not sure is it because they are facing manpower shortage or this is a very difficult task for their technician? It's already one week I loss my phone dial tone and internet connection. What is the big issue that they can not fix the problem promptly?

It's well known that Telekom service is no good. It is expected their service is very poor. But I never thought that they are truly bad!
