As I shared with you all before, my insurance agent had already resigned and my account will be take care by a new agent which I am out of idea who she is. I got the notice from the insurance company one month ago but I never received any call from this new agent.
I am her new client. Maybe I will be her potential customer as well. She supposes to call me, introduce herself or at least says hi. I am wondering maybe she is not intent but force to take over my case because of their company's policy. Or she is really busy until no time to make a call to me.
