My department new boss was started to lead us since last week. The first assignment she given to us is a brief introduction of ourselves. She needs us to do it by hand writing. After that, she wants us to submit a list of our job scope. Then she will arrange time to meet us one by one. She wants us to be prepared and tell her whatever problems we are facing now on our works and she wishes to find the best way to solve our problems.
This is her strategic to know us better. Oh yes, my new boss is a lady boss. In my company now, almost all the management level bosses are female. :P
A new boss coming in means we need to be changed and follow her working style. Perhaps I can learn a lot from her....
