Out of Job Scope

My HR colleague is busy looking for long distance movers. She is complaining that why she wants to do the job out of her job scope.

Lady boss's sister will moved back to home from overseas next month. That is her beloved sister and lady boss is helping her for the move. My colleague is by ordered to search one good shipper to ensure the smooth shipment process.

But this is the time she busying preparing monthly payroll. Whereas this one is the ad-hoc assignment and it's no related to job at all. Well, that is the boss's order even though that is out of your job scope. Do you dare to reject or ignore the order?
