I have 2 colleagues don't like to go out for lunch. They enjoy having lunch at office pantry. They will usually ask whoever goes out buy lunch for them. Since I often go out, they used to place their order to me before they go out.
So almost every day, I will need to let them know where I will go for lunch and tell them what is selling in the shop or restaurant.
It did happen that I forget the order. I chatted with colleagues during lunch time and only realize I forget something when I reach office. That's the time the most embarrassed moment. Other than sorry, what can I say?
Today I did the same mistake again. *Sigh* Am I old enough? How come my memory becomes so bad?
