Refinance

Such a long time I not update myself for the housing loan packages in market. I need to spend some times on it now. I am installing a fixed rate housing loan which the interest rate is high compare with current BLR rate. I am sure current loan packages in market will be having attractive interest rate. Hopefully I can find one that with zero moving cost that I no need to spend a single cent to get better rate financing.

Oh, just realize. I think the very first thing is to check my loan agreement with current finance institute. I have to ensure that there is no any restriction to fully settle the balance outstanding.
