I keep on asking myself when I can fully settle my housing loan. I signed this loan for thirty years repayment scheme. I do wish that I manage to settle it fast. I just hate to see the yearly statement received which shown that the monthly interest charged is almost 70% of my monthly installment amount. This means the large portion of my installment is paying for the interest instead of the principle amount. Oh my! How soon can I fully settle my loan?
