Why We Are Not Deserve To Commission?

The sales teams get a minimum 10% commission on everything they sell. The leasing and retails teams get at least 80% on the first month rental when deal successful tenancy agreement signed. The more deals they closed, the more extra money they will get paid.

We working in finance department, the more sales means the more transactions, the more entries as well as the more paper works we need to do. Some more high sales means high commission and the more calculation we need to be done. Why our team not deserve to commission?
