Silly Question

I know that we can ever try our best from protect our computer system’s data from losing. We can rely on antivirus software, disaster recovery software to keep us from any damages and losses of soft records. I have one silly question in my mind.

Things that we lose in fire or damage in flood, we can claim from insurance. Do you think database in soft copy losing in our computer can claim? I am wondering is there any insurance company offer such protection. How are they going to value the database pricing worth? Documentary records are also an issue. To protect the losses of stolen, can we get any offers of insurance protection?
