Clever Boss

We are having department meeting twice a month. My department head always ask us to rise out our problem facing. He did ‘warn’ us do not look for a new job if we are facing problem. Talk to him is the way. See, he is so clever. He knows that everyone is working not happily. He did aware about the problem of overload. If you dare to talk to him, then he will help you to solve your problem. It’s not easy to be a department head but I feel that he is doing very well. Just, I can’t control myself to like him as much as my formal department head.
