Back Up

What will you do when you are preparing to leave your company? My colleague was spending almost whole day to save and back up all the necessary files and folders to flash memory cards. What the purpose for? It's what all you efforts to the existing company and it's as a back up when you working in the new company. Whether you will need it or not, you won't know now. But at least you have already prepared whatever you already have. Will you do the same too?
