No more Extra Order

As our office going to be moved, we all aware that we shall not make any extra order of our stationeries and sundries items. This is to avoid those extra stuffs being a burden during the moving. Because of this, our office pantry didn’t keep so many bottles of o premium waters. This is one of the heavy items. HR staffs did discuss about this issues about the person in-charge those balance bottles upon the moving day. Besides, our department does not keep extra stock for A4 papers, computer forms and Arch files as well. These all are necessary stationeries in our Finance Department but we all don’t want to take the responsibility about those heavy stuffs.
