Terrible Membership

This is not the first time my colleague Grace complaints about the fitness center membership that she signed up. We can understand that the more members in a company, they can enjoy more income and suppose to provide more valuable services. But the condition is opposite. Every time she well prepare and go for exercise, she has to wait and queue because they are many member joining and their fitness equipment are fully occupied. She asked for reservation before she go but the center claims that all their customers are member also and they do not provide such advantage to their member. It is first comes first serve basis. This is terrible! Because of this, Grace is in the considering to get home fitness equipment at home.
