To prevent my back pain come back again, I try to maintenance at least exercise once in a week. Also I need to take more extra care on my back. No more taking 'heavy' stuffs! But I know, if I don't take this as a serious case, I am going to be difficulty in walking, working, as well as moving independently. I don't want to be one of the stair lifts customer. No way!
