Just back from HR department and I noticed that they are busy to compound those candidates profiles for our new Retail and Leasing Manager. Those profiles are forwarded from an executive search firm. This is so convenience going though the firm. HR department just send them the job specifications and requirements and the firm helps us to match with their job hunter lists. We get more than twenty candidates to choose on. I am wondering how the management team going to filter it one by one. What will be the most importance part to be consent on to become a Retail and Leasing Manager in our company? This has to leave to the management team to decide.
