My company is gathering opinions from all employees before started to implement uniform dressing. I heard that our HR department is seeking for port authority clothing and started the uniform design. We all are wondering the survey forms that we going to submit will be a true survey or the management already makes up their decision on this matter. For me, wearing uniform can save pocket money on buying new clothes but on the other hand, every one wearing uniform seems like working in a serious environment. What is your opinion about this?

Yeah, if the company is going to provide the uniforms for free then it would definitely save your bucks. But again the uniform material and colour should be to your liking, coz eventually you are the one who will spend the whole working day in it. Make sure the management povides customisation to each employee in this aspect. Some might have some allergies to some material types or colors.
