Rich Boss

I use to send instant message to my customer and supplier during office hour. We talk about business of course but we do chit chat other than business. One of my suppliers Alex just told me that his boss decided to purchase a new house. I know that his company having huge transaction now due to get involved in internet advertising. I can sure that he is a rich guy now. Why I am so sure? Because The Beach Club in Hallandale Beach will be his new house! I am wondering how much he has to spend for that oceanfront luxury condo.
