Coconut Water

I don't know the advantages of drinking coconut water until I read this. This is an email forwarded by my sister. As I know, coconut is fall in cold food category where mostly mostly have Qingre, Xiehuo, detoxification, which are often used to heat STD certification.

I only heard that Coconut water is good for pregnant women, that's why my wife keeps asking for it when she was pregnant.

Yes, coconut water is good but pregnant ladies but not at the beginning of 1st to 4th months. It's good for around 7th months onwards.
(this is wat I learned from one of my friend) :)
