We found one new factory which is so close to our existing factory. It is a newly built 3 stories factory. Built up area is 3 times bigger than our existing factory. This is what our boss preferable. Too bad the rental rate is beyond our budget.
The property agent promised to show us few steel buildings photos tomorrow. This is another option for our boss to choose. He has already rejected few proposals. I do hope he will not make decision so soon. I really don't like this. It is a very tedious job. From packing, loading, unpack, arranging, the whole relocation process is time consuming and hassle. I do wish I can escape the whole progress!
