Rest Every Half an Hour

Get away from computer desk and rest for few minutes every half an hour. Again, my Chiropractor is advice me on this.

Sitting long hours is one of the facts that cause my back pain. I have to always remember to stop my work and walk around so that the pressure to my spine can be released.

Working hours in new office now is no pressure at all but I seem like lazy to move. Recently I had forgotten this little action until my Chiropractor reminded me again.

Can not let the same bad habit come back and caused me back to the pain. Maybe I should set alarm at my office PC so that I can frequently move and walk around every half an hour.
