Action taken, the next is to wait. I have not much hope for the opportunity because I don't find myself not in good condition during the interview session.
Continue working with my current company is good because of comfortable working with the colleagues and the works are what I familiar with. But I really can not be patient anymore for the heavy workload which too much burden on me. How to perform if I am overloaded? This is the question not only in my mind but all the colleagues having the same query.

It is hitting my limit. I decided to handover the risk back to the management.
