I decided to try my luck.
I fully understand this is the transition period and it takes time to over come. But I feel tired to continue. Feel tire because I feel like I need to start all over again. Tire because I feel disappointed with my company and my department condition now.
I wish I can continue stay to enjoy my 20 days annual leave a year. Another one and half year later I will get 25 days annual leave a year. Where else can get the same benefit?
