Feeling so disappointed when my Chiro told me I need to continue for the treatment after minor test. I can still feel the pain and the stress clearly. Even though it is not significant but it is still there.
Can not escape, I have to continue.
To ease my burden, I decided to stop for one week and continue only after my credit card billing date. Perhaps I still manage to pay the minimum charge next month.
Keep up all the exercise and make sure my muscle can be strong enough to support my back. Exercise, exercise and exercise!
