Office dot matrix printer's ribbon is out of order today. We do keep some color ink cartridges for replacement but no extra printer ribbon can found in the stationery boxes.
Printer ribbon is more long lasting. I think this is the reason why they don't keep any stock. They make order only when the printed result is blur. So, when comes to unexpected condition, we can not get replacement immediately. Then our job can not run smoothly.
Since the cost of a ribbon is not expensive, we should at least have one for replacement. Shouldn't let this happened anymore.
