This is a cheap auto insurance plan but does not means that there is low in quality. We feel so happy when the insurance agent told us that our lost car was found and the insurance company sent their adjuster to assist us on claiming the car from police station.
We are happy that we no need to pay for the towing fees as well as the damaged parts repair and replacement cost. All are under the insurance coverage. All we have to do know is to wait for the car to be repair at the authorized workshop. Even though I have no patient for the long period of waiting, but still this is their procedure. I heard that the workshop might need to wait for a period of time to get the claim of the repair costs. Anyway, I do hope that the workshop can release the car to us once the repaired is done.
