Prize Collection

I had received call from the organizer about the collection of the prize awarded from the photo competition that I take part of. The person in-charged told me that they already sent out a letter to inform on how to collect the prize. I just need to present the letter to their specific office then I can claim my prize.

I thought there will be a prize giving ceremony at first. I thought they will treat that as one of the organization events and show off at the media but I am wrong. Anywhere, I am more preferred to receive the gift by just only collecting it from their office.

It is almost a week pasted but I still not yet receive the letter. I should make a call to them...
