My sis complained about the flower delivery service. She said that the flower sent to her suppose to be a surprise from her friends. She received call from the flower delivery guy asking for her office address. If I were the receiver, I will feel angry like her as well. Why can't the delivery guy be smart and ask help from GPRS or online map or he can just call to her office but asking help from other colleagues but not the receiver?
From the day onwards, her friends banned the flower shop. Luckily I don't have such problem when I order from Proflowers. I love to receive calls from friends thank you for the surprise I given to them.
