Accept

Different people are having different styles. Different people are having different strengths. Different people are having different weaknesses.

I have to admit that I am too serious to my works which make me so tension lately. I know the fact that I can not achieve any goal without co-operation and helps from my team members. I can not expect every one can do as what I expecting as different people got different work characters as well as different work abilities.

I do appreciate for all their support and helping hands. I am learning to build up myself to work closely with all of them by accepting all the negatives.
