Pull Up Exercise

I just discovered a website selling pull up bars. I did look for it two months ago. I am not aim to build up my muscle or burn fat. If you are my reader all the way, you know well I am a skinny woman. :P

Actually my Chinese medical doctor was recommended me to do the pull up exercise when I suffer killing back pain. She was suggested I can do that with the help of tables. But with the help of dip bar is much convenience I think.

I don't know whether I should do the same pull up since I undergo chiropractic adjustment. More over the pain now is 'under control' and it is happens after my long hours sleep at night. Maybe I should ask my chiropractor whether the pull up exercise is help to relief pain or strength my back bone.
