For my Own Good

Exercise every 40 minutes is what the chiropractic doctor advice. I need to keep remind myself stop working and take a rest of around 5 to 10 minutes to do some simple exercise as per doctor advice.

My office life is very busy. Honestly speaking, I not manage to do it every 40 minutes. But I am trying to do it as 'often' as possible. :P

Motivate to myself: This is for my good health. I need to do it for my good! Kambateh!
