I think probably is the work tension making me no good sleep. This is the second day I can not sleep well.
My colleague last day with us will be on 2nd of August. There are only 7 days left. The staff recruitment vacancy is still pending for approval. We did spread the words looking for a replacement but no good news until today. I can totally foreseen how terrible the situation will be if no new staff coming in.
It's time for me to consider whether to stay or to leave?
