Tender = Relief

We can see her cheerful face often after she tendered. I think this is a relief for her. I am not sure since when we can not see her real smile. But the condition is totally different now. It is the significant chances we can see after she made up her decision. It seems like getting a new job is the headache relief for her. We can see she works relaxingly, laugh often and smile always.

So, can you imaging how tension it is working in my department?

Perhaps we all can keep the same atmosphere even though she left. Workload is heavy doesn't mean that we must work in negative or bad mood. This is what I don't want to see.

We can change our thinking and choose to work in cheerful if we wish to.
