Promise

I promise myself I will not stingy anymore to keep up my health. Previously I brought health supplements products on and off. Besides not wiling to spend, I am just too lazy to take pills everyday. One bottle of vitamin or hgh supplements will take more than 6 months to finish. This is my style previously. But I will never repeat this bad habit again anymore.

Taking medicine and treatment for my sciatica is a very painful experience. I am rather be more discipline to build up good habit to take health foods and supplements to strong my body immune system as well as my back bone. Not dare to be adherence anymore...
