I am considering whether to continue taking the herbs medicine by my Chinese massage doctor for my back pain since now I am undergo adjustment by Chiropractic. I do believe that the herbs help to relief pain but too bad I got some side effect after taken it.
I drink the herbs daily at the beginning. Acne is full on my face and my back after I consumed the herbs. I have to purchase acne products to help me on maintant my 'pretty' outlooks. Lately I drink two days once then the acne getting lesser significantly. I think I will choose to stop the herbs after I taken all my stock on hand. Then I will see the actual result of my Chiropractic adjustment on relief my pains.
