Rebate and Compensation

I have not much time to do my personal matters during weekends. This is my time with my family. I will not do anything except house chore and house keeping. Too bad I need to go out and online to finish my expired tasks. I suppose to settle all my tasks during week days before works. Because of the phone and internet line failure I force to do it on weekend,. *sigh*

Telekom not only have to rebate for the absent of services and connection during this one week. I should ask for compensation on loosing opportunity to earn money online. Furthermore, I lose my time with my family. This is what money can not buy!

Damn angry with Telekom's poor service!
