No matter how I hate to take medicine, pills or supplements. When the time I am a mom-to-be, I force myself to consume some prenatal vitamins for the good of myself and my baby. I know that there is having liquid prenatal vitamin but I more prefer capsule type. My friend advised me that the liquid form is easier to swallow. As for me, capsule type is easier to swallow as well as it is tasteless.
