My new boss comes in around a month. This is the fist chances in our department. Here comes another one: My superior tendered his resignation.
He tendered on last Friday and then goes for his one week overseas holiday. He will be back to office next Monday. I think he will not stay with us even if my new boss counter offer.
I am wondering is it because my ex-boss is offering him? Anyway, I know very well he is losing patient to communicate and deal with the management.
Nothing I can do but wish him good luck. Perhaps the new superior is a nice guy / girl like him. :P
