I have stopped exercise since the day I stopped joining yoga class. I feel that my body getting weaker than before. Since I wish to minimize my back pain come back again risk, I have no choice but to choice started with other type of exercise.

I am still wondering what exercise I should go for. I don't like gym,;I don't like outdoor sport at all. What kind of indoor exercise I can do to boost my body health? I need exercise to sweat and gain back my health...
