Slim Down Competition

We always advise two of our colleagues go to gym often. Both of them are having bid sizes bodies. One is still young who not reach 30 yet but the other one is uncle around 40+. What will be the best exercise they can do?

One colleague suggested that they get approval from the management to enter our company facility room for exercise every day. Then we give them challenge on who will be the one slim down their body faster. He even suggested trying on super pump 250 so they manage to turn their fat to muscles. :P

Both of them have no intention to exercise at all actually. We always laugh at them but the fact is we concern about their health.
