Boss just sends us an email for the deadline of account submission. I know he just don't want us to keep postponed the deadline anymore since this is not the first time we done so.
My superior talked with him that our workload is so much and we really have insufficient time to complete as per requested. But our boss just asked us this question: If all of you rush it by doing overtime every day, will the account can be turn up on time?
Why every boss likes their staffs work overtime? This is not the good practice in fact.
Besides, if we always work overtime, then the boss will query why need so many overtime to complete tasks?
This is all the bossy style, is it?
