This is my countless complaint to my colleague. But she still keeps on share with me her survey. She always told me that she wants to start on diet but I didn't see her taken action at once.
She claimed that she needs to go for the best one so that she can slim down effectively and efficiently. She did so much of research but I think that is too much. She still continues her behavior on good appetite and never stops for snacks. Do you think she manage to slim down?
