I know this will be the result but I don't realize that the figure can be so much. I just finish worked out my 2009 finance forecast. As what I predicted, the income is more that the expenditure. The one that make me really shock is the negative figure is too big!
I am looking this seriously right now. It's no doubt that my income will be lesser compare to last year. For sure I need to consider spending less and finding alternative ways to improve income. The first I am concerning is shall I refinance my house as now it is under fixed loan which the rate is high compare to current housing loan offers. Besides, I think I need to find another part time job so I can escape from suffer at this year.....
