This is what I foreseen and here they come.
The management will freeze all of the recruitment requests. Our company now is working towards cut cost and budget concern with all the spending. This suppose to be done like usual as what we done but now management is taking serious steps to moving forwards.
Pray hard there will not going to be another bad news. I don't want to hear that company is going to retrench staffs.
