My company had employed a graphic designer two days ago. My HR recommended her to everybody and she started her work. We all thought that we are going to have a new colleague but today my HR told me that she had tendered her resignation.
I really can't believe about this news. She had sign the letter of appointment means she is accepted the offer. But she told her head that she needs to help her father business so she can not continue working with us. This sounds a very funny excuse. Isn't it?
